What is going in the former Artique space in Lexington Green Mall

Lexington Green Mall: two burnt orange towels with flowers, pebbles, and candles

Artique announced a few weeks ago they will be moving from their location at Lexington Green Mall to across the street at Fayette Mall. What is taking its place? When will it open?

Lexington Green Mall: two burnt orange towels with flowers, pebbles, and candlesArtique spent 23 years in the space right before you walk into the main lobby of Lexington Green Mall. The new client taking its place is Woodhouse Day Spa which is a “luxury day spa.”

President of Langley Properties, Scott Davidson, said the space will need to go through a major renovation to create this Texas-based luxury spa. There currently is one in Northern Kentucky in the Crestview Hills area.

The owners selling point to consumers are that they have quiet rooms for people to relax, they offer similar services that you can find at the best vacation spas which include massages, facials, body and nail treatments, and waxing.

With their Northern Kentucky location, they have serviced some athletes from the Cincinnati Bengals and Reds. Even though 80% of their clientele is female, they are happy to see the male athletes come into their spa and hope that more men will try their services.

Owners Chapman and Rose believe that Lexington is the perfect fit for their business and are very excited for the new market. They are expected to open their doors later this year.
