Subscribe to Lafayette Band’s flag subscription service and receive a 3’x5’ American Flag installed in your yard for six patriotic holidays throughout the year.
The flag subscription service is available for the following holidays:
- Memorial Day: Last Monday in May
- Flag Day: June 14
- Independence Day: July 4
- Labor Day: First Monday in September
- Patriot Day: September 11
- Veterans Day: November 11
With the flag subscription, Lafayette Band volunteers set up and remove the flags so students are actively involved in this fundraiser.
For those who want to donate to the band, but don’t live in Lexington, a flag is placed at the Lexington VA Hospital. Both options support the Lafayette Band and a portion of each subscription supports “Boots for Troops”.
The deadline for flag service is usually one to two weeks prior to each holiday to ensure routes are covered. This is a flag subscription service and not a purchase of an actual flag.
