The Summit at Fritz Farm is doing a Rise and Dine at The Barn in April. What is this event? What days in April? Can anyone go?
Before heading to Keeneland for the spring meet, stop by The Barn in The Summit at Fritz Farm. Every Saturday morning in April, patrons can grab brunch, drinks, and enjoy some entertainment before enjoying a day at the races.
The first day to enjoy Rise and Dine is April 6 at 11 am and it’ll last until 2 pm. The Barn will feature local bites, drink specials, and a full Bloody Mary bar with all the fixings you will need.
The exclusive menu items include:
La Petite Creperie: Bacon Breakfast Crepe- Pasture: Breakfast Sandwich with Kentucky-raised pastured eggs and
sausage covered in cheddar on a freshly baked biscuit - Crank & Boom: Affogato a double shot of NateâEUR’s espresso with your
choice of ice cream (Salted Caramel flavor is recommended!) - Smithtown: Crab cake Benedict; Midway everything bagel with smoked
trout, Benedictine and baby arugula; Poached Eggs Manhasset with Midway
English Muffin, smoked Salmon, poached local egg and Hollandaise sauce
(Both poached egg dishes will be served with scratch made crispy potato
hash)
Entertainment will be provided by DJ Forerunner; bringing lively atmosphere for all the guests to enjoy while dining.
On the opening day for this brunch, there will be BETologists available to help you learn the art of betting when you get to Keeneland.
